Oxley has been playing the blues harmonica for over 30 years. He's had the good fortune to perform with some very talented musicians and prominent venues such as the Waterfront Blues Festival in Portland, Oregon.
During the pandemic Oxley experienced the loss of his job and went all in on his music journey learning guitar, songwriting and completing his first album, Appreciation.
Oxley gives thanks to the artists who inspired his journey of songwriting, guitar playing, and singing…Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt, John Prine, Blaze Foley, Todd Snider, and Tom T. Hall
